COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you submit.

What information do you need to review a deal?

At minimum: property address, program, transaction type, purchase or payoff amount, rehab budget when applicable, estimated value, requested loan amount, borrower experience, timing, and exit strategy.

Do you finance owner-occupied homes?

This platform is designed for business-purpose, non-owner-occupied real estate financing. Consumer-purpose or owner-occupied transactions require different compliance treatment.

Are website terms guaranteed?

No. Any examples or preliminary terms are non-binding and may change based on lender criteria, diligence, valuation, documentation, and final approval.

Can brokers submit scenarios?

Yes. Borrowers, brokers, agents, wholesalers, and other deal sources can use the same intake. Include referral or brokerage details in the notes.
